Lil' Koreans....

The kids are taking part in the Festival Kick Off Rally tonight...They both are prancing around as if they are a prince and princess!!!!

UN Cemetery

Chad had the opportunity this week of laying a wreath as a memorial to his father who fought in the Korean War at the UN Cemetery. Quite an experience for him!

Fun Sunday.....

Sunday afternoon we took a long walk on the beach. It was very humorous the number of Koreans who stopped us and counted with enormous eyes...1,2,3...like three is the largest family they had ever seen! How sad for them! All our wee chicks are the delight of our days!

Lilija was a dream.....sleeping the entire walk and hanging onto her pacifier like she might lose it.....

Kites were flying everywhere so we purchased one...the kids were fascinated with it for about 5 min....until a little boy feeding the masses of pigeons drew them away. Then we walked on down to the bumper cars....you should see Nykolas drive!

Daddy has a busy week ahead so we were so glad to get family time.

Bad Guys.....

My kids are obsessed with 'bad guys' these days. Apparently, our world is full of them?!?!? Yesterday I took Mia with me and we walked across the street to the supermarket. She started designated those whom we passed as bad guys or...not I guess. It was the security guard in our building, a man passing in an overcoat, etc.... Anyway, I was glad not one spoke English or I would be forced to explain why she was pointing and telling them 'bad guy!' Saved by the language barrier! How could such cuties be so knowledgable of bad guys? Ah, if life could only be so cut and dried as to tell the 'bad guys' from their appearance. We would all know to steer quite clear of men in overcoats!

Baby bear off to church...not very happy about it....

Lilija and I went to church today. It didn't work out so well. She was a bit off her feeding schedule and she started crying right as the sermon started. So off I went to find somewhere quiet to nurse....unfortunately the only place I could find was sitting on the counter in the bathroom. As you can imagine we were the object of much attention. By the time I got back to service it was over......o well. We made the effort anyway.

Before Grandan and Mamsie left they bought us a wee tea table. We love it. It has mostly turned into a playdough station.....even daddy gets into making playdough doughnuts and spaghetti with the garlic press!

Already missing Mamsie and Grandan terribly!!!!

My selfish sister said that we could NOT have a Yaya and keep the grandparents too. So, off they went this morning at 4:30am headed for their own bed....and welcoming wee arms on the other side of the world. Our little people have been asking about them....sometimes being far away is heart rending.
