A cart full!
Mia is now big enough to sit up in the grocery cart....you should have seen her yesterday...her first big adventure! She smiled at everyone in the supermarket as if to say.."look what a big girl I am!!"
Yes, needing to explain the grocery cart in our apartment. Since we live on the third floor that is how we transfer things upstairs on the elevators. It belongs to the building. So, load the cart from car, struggle on the elevator with no sensors that keeps closing on us, unload groceries and kids in apartment, reload kids in cart and take it back downstairs for the next person and carry both kids upstairs.....

A 1st Birthday...the Filipino Way - extravagant!
Nykolas has a little friend here in our building named Irvine....Irvine turned one today and we were invited to the party. So fun! We did decide that Ya-Ya had more fun than we did!!! There was a full meal, air brush body painting..thus the geckos on Kola's legs, candy, gifts galore, a magician, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, music, dancing and millions of balloons! My little Emilie Dillon would have LOVED it as all the little girls dressed as princesses or fairies. Nykolas was a bit intimidated by Mickey and Minnie but he wasn't afraid to get up front and dance around!
